Is an excellent program, we can create different beauties, The variety of customizable templates of the software is INCREDIBLE, we can all use it in an easy way, since they make the creation of an application fast and easy, you could say intuitively. The user interface is excellent and its tools and add-ons are easy to use, so you can see the excellent appearance of Buildfire. I love this application, it helps us in many ways in digital marketing.
What does the company not do well?
Customer support takes too long to respond. The applications you create are not released to the store as fast as you expect, they should create videos to teach how to use all the tools, the support videos and the documentation can be improved to make them more useful for users. The support team takes months or more months to solve the problems and, sometimes, they do not respond or help with the problem that arises when creating the application.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
know better programs because if you do not know you have to contact the support and do not respond quickly so you should learn to use the program to make the most of the application and page.
