What does FixMe.IT do well?
It is really quick and easy for my customers to allow me access for remote support.

What does FixMe.IT not do well?
I wish that could provide Macintosh connectivity.

What do you wish you had known about FixMe.IT before using?
That it had existed! It really works well for me. No complaints. Give it a try. It's ease of use and functionality is equal to or better than the competition.
