What does the company do well? the service is very user friendly. you do not need a degree to figure out how to make a payment, add a customer, or issue a refund. the few times that i have had questions, there is a customer service rep readily available to help. all around this makes the process easy.
What does the company not do well? the only complaint that i can think of is the time between processing the transaction and hitting our bank. it would be nice to have funds faster. we are a new business and unfortunately have to pay out for all services provided prior to receiving payment from our customers (living in the receivables) and it makes it difficult with cash flow to not have access to funds within 24 hours of processing.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? there is nothing that i can say that i wish i had known previous to using this service. everything that we have received from tutorials, customer service and ease of processing has produced a very satisfying experience.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? i have not used a competitor, this is my first experience with merchant services.
