What does Zoom do well? Zoom as a program of this type is one of the best and really continues to improve and increasingly has more popularity, competes with the best in the market and continues to position itself in different markets in a big way. I like the variety it has to customize various functions that we can use with ease and its interface is very simple to understand. We can share the screen with others who are in the video conference. It facilitates the communication between people and it is great to zoom!
What does Zoom not do well? The problem is that it consumes some computer memory and is sometimes slow and decreases the quality of the video and in some cases the computer stays with lag, that is, it stays stuck and very slow. To avoid this problem you have to have an updated PC a year that we are, and have good internet connection, another thing is that the free version only gives 40 minutes of conference.
What do you wish you had known about Zoom before using? I wish I had known that the technical support is very good, if we have any problems; you contact them and solve our problem quickly. There is also a free version that you can try to decide if you want to buy zoom, so it facilitates the ability to choose whether to buy it or not, give us all the features of the paid version, so we can make the final decision.
Have you used a competitor to Zoom? If so, how does it compare? I have used only two programs, skype and zoom. And both are great! But zoom has a more elegant and easy to use aspect. Skype is more known in a certain way, but in the aspect of office and business zoom is being more used perhaps.
