What does Loopio do well?
We love Loopio because... 1 - It is our point of truth for all information. 2 - It increases transparency for projects in the queue 3 - Creates collaboration on projects in a seamless manner 4 - Saves us hours of time per day/per project. 5 - Their support and customer services is very responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. 6 - They take input and feedback into consideration for their roadmap.
What does Loopio not do well?
We're a little bummed that some of the admin features (reporting) only come with the Elite edition.
What do you wish you had known about Loopio before using?
The creation of the initial library was a lot of work. We couldn't easily load completed RFPs into the system quickly, but within a few months, these were rectified and are a moot issue now.
Have you used a competitor to Loopio? If so, how does it compare?
I have used several other competitors software platforms and included them in my due diligence process when evaluating vendors. They didn't compare in terms of end-user capabilities, managing content, price and more. Loopio was the clear winner!
