What does Convirza do well?
This software/service does exactly what we need it to do - let us create phone numbers for specific campaigns so we can measure campaign performance across several channels and variables within the creative. It also allows our sales leaders to review calls as it records each call and has conversation analytics that highlights calls that had missed opportunities.
What does Convirza not do well?
There is a limited amount of numbers that you can use and there is not a package available to buy them in bulk after the max of 25 you just purchase them individually. However, this has not hampered us as we have never had that many numbers needed at one time.
What do you wish you had known about Convirza before using?
There was nothing hidden or unknown. In the initial calls with them a couple of years ago they were very helpful and very upfront about what their product does and doesn't do.
Have you used a competitor to Convirza? If so, how does it compare?
We used our internal IT team to create these numbers before and the process was long and drawn out as we had to submit JIRAs and hope that they were included in the next sprint, which most of the time they weren't. This allowed us to take control of this process and get the numbers we need when we need them and have a lot more tracking and call analytics readily available to us.
