What does the software or service do well?
We struggled getting set up. However the set up agent assigned to me worked very hard. There are no phone conversations with set up agent. It was very frustrating going through email. I also think the agent was not in our time zone
What does the software or service not do well?
We can’t figure out how to customize pages. Going on over two weeks now. Support is an email contact. I think robot. Every question we have on set up they just email back a list of how to videos
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
I had conversations with sales rep. It seemed like the right product. Now I see it’s extremely limited. My sales rep doesn’t answer phone
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
This appeared to be user friendly and sexy when I had demo. But unless you have a degree in computer technology good luck!! Others are much more user friendly to set up
