- Allows you to create your own modules based on your needs - Comes with freely available modules - You can either customize using a modular builder or go for bespoke customization - Best part is it does not ask for any expensive software add-ons unlike others - Out of the box, functionalities makes troubleshooting a lot easier

- Too much of customization and hence make sure to take notes accordingly as every customized module interacts differently with the backend. - All you need is a little tweak by the developers and you are good to go for using SuiteCRM as per your needs. Customization can only be done when the core codes are twisted, which may cause a bad code error.
