What does the software or service do well?
Nothing. It took over three weeks to set up and still had problems. We had to go back to our old provider. Customer Service Reps could not speak English and are not trained at all to handle simple tasks. It was a terrible customer service experience form start to finish

They could not get us connected at all
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
That there customer service department is unwilling to help get you set up. They have no training to do so and most can't speak English. This was highly frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES DYL they do far better. They really take care of you.
