What does the software or service do well? We partner with AssureSign to send out sales contracts through our CRM so that our clients can electronically sign those contracts and send them back with minimal clicks. When those contracts are returned they are then stored in our clients CRM record which is super easy to keep track of for future reference. Our clients love the ease in which it is to sign, and we love the ability to keep all the information stored neatly in our CRM.
What does the software or service not do well? For the most part this has been a seamless transition, but educating our sales team to use it was the biggest hurdle, although it is quite simple.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? Sending out electronic contracts rather than faxing or emailing contracts is so much simpler, and the ability to keep the contracts in CRM is fantastic.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? I have used docuSign and I can say that it is a very different comparison to assureSing, the 2 have very good things to use, I stay with Assuresing because it is one that has many working tools
