What does UJET do well? Customer Success! Our reps are truly awesome and I feel very valued by the entire team. They take our feedback very seriously and make sure to keep us updated on the product roadmap. We do regular business reviews and they are always providing helpful & insightful suggestions for us to improve.
What does UJET not do well? Reporting. This leaves a lot to be desired and has not been optimized as quickly as I would have hoped. They are very helpful in leveraging their Looker instance so you can do data and reporting from there but its harder to export data and build custom reports that you might expect.
What do you wish you had known about UJET before using? That it would take a while to build out reporting.
Have you used a competitor to UJET? If so, how does it compare? Previously we used the Talk in Zendesk. This was 2 years ago so its hard to compare them now, but back then basic features such as custom statuses and live service level were missing from the Zendesk product.
