What does HappyFox Chat do well?
When I have needed to get in touch with clients in different parts of the world, this app makes it very easy to do so. Also for diverse backgrounds, this app is really easy to use even if you haven't used it before. Great features include: Unlimited Agents Unlimited Chats Chat History Integration Security Customization of tools Mini-Dashboards Statistics & Analytics Automated Notifications Mobile Optimization Free tutorial and use depending on accesses
What does HappyFox Chat not do well?
No screen sharing abilities, not offering more than one language, minor flaw like support and can be expensive as you get into more features and capabilities. When I have tried to keep my customer service quick/timely and up to date, the app signs you out after about 30 minutes of no use. Status of on and offline really never is accurate and that is very frustrating.
What do you wish you had known about HappyFox Chat before using?
I can't think of anything. It is pretty straight forward.
