What does the software or service do well?
The first readers I bought for my company didn't work, then when they came out with the chip readers, more issues, then they wanted more payment as if it were a new order, instead of taking the return for an exchange. It was a total hassle.
What does the software or service not do well?
What I was NEVER told is that the SELLER has NO PROTECTION from FRAUDULENT BUYERS! So they can pay with a card, take your services and THEN DISPUTE the charges, which then takes 90 days to wait on, THEN the BUYER can dispute again and again until THEIR bank finally sides with them, regardless of anything your SIGNED CONTRACT OR SIGNED RECEIPT STATES!
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
That there are NO PROTECTIONS for SELLERS
