What does the software or service do well? This tools helps me keep all of my notes on the separate projects in one location. Easily connects with the other Microsoft products and links into the company SharePoint to gather up any other information that I require.
What does the software or service not do well? It's probably just me but I always find the layout and colour themes need a lot of fettling to get them how I want them. I also use another tool to write up text notes that I wish it could sync with.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? I was aware of this software and the good n bad about it as I have used it with previous businesses.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? I haven't used any single product that works like this. It has always been a mix of products if not OneNote. I am writing this on my personal tablet and do not have any business tools install on it. Therefore cannot give a screenshot at present.
