What does TurboTax do well?
The software is affordable and helps people who know almost nothing about doing their own taxes be able to complete them.

What does TurboTax not do well?
TurboTax is not the fastest software on the market which makes it time consuming to use from a business owner stand point

What do you wish you had known about TurboTax before using?
I wish I knew the differences between the different versions/products available on the market.

Have you used a competitor to TurboTax? If so, how does it compare?
I have used Lacerte and it is drastically different from TurboTax. If you know what you are doing it takes minutes to complete tax return forms, but I do not recommend Lacerte for the inexperienced tax preparer.
