Review of BrightLocal

What does BrightLocal do well?
This tool was good for white label reporting. we've been using five features of this tool for white label report to our client.

What does BrightLocal not do well?
As of now, I think Brightlocal is doing well.

What do you wish you had known about BrightLocal before using?
I think should have known the way Brightlocal can send its report. Before we sent our report to the client through email but now reporting has been automated and that cool.
