What does Clinked do well? Extremely easy to navigate, all UI/UX details have been carefully thought out. It's like having all the most important features of other collaboration tools together, in a well laid out interface.
What does Clinked not do well? My uploaded logo didn't look great as it was resized, then the background kind of clashed with my logo. This is common with resized images, and I need to get a new smaller one created. That said, I think that there is a programming solution to this, as some Wordpress theme developers seem to be able to resize logos and keep them sharp. (This is a tiny complaint though, Clinked is an amazing system, I'm just providing feedback).
What do you wish you had known about Clinked before using? I hadn't paid attention to the possibility of customising the URL, login page and interface to look like it's part of my main website. Now, I've done this and have a menu button on my main website. It looks like we've created a custom proprietary collaboration interface. I know that new clients will be really impressed.
Have you used a competitor to Clinked? If so, how does it compare? I've only just started using Clinked, and have recently started two projects there. At the same time, a client specified Slack as a preferred collaboration tool, and I've used Basecamp, as well as email chains, Dropbox etc. Clinked seems to contain the best features of all the others, and is simple to use. At the moment, Clinked feels like the best option moving forward. Bravo.
