What does the software or service do well? The software is very user-friendly and makes it extremely to post open roles to a variety of different schools and universities throughout the country seamlessly.
What does the software or service not do well? While the software makes it easy to attract many candidates, it does not do a great job sorting through qualified matches. Often times, many unqualified people are matched to skill-focused positions. This sorting can become tedious and time-consuming.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? For every posting, I wish we were notified beforehand on which school and universities require approval for job postings. Often these schools take an extremely long time to approve to their job boards, which result in a delay in the hiring process.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? We post to many school job boards directly, as well as other services for entry-level candidates, however, none spread to as many schools as Handshake.
