What does Chase do well? Chase has been my bank for about 10 years and I continue to use them because I like the convenience they offer. I do most my banking using their app or online. I keep track of my spending via the app as well as easily transfer money between accounts as well as deposit checks. I also like Chase because I was able to handle my banking even while I was overseas. I like that I don't HAVE to go to the bank to get most of my banking needs finished. I can easily pay my bills too!
What does Chase not do well? Chase offers a Credit Journey, but it's not really accessible from the App. Furthermore, when you check out rewards via the app, it's not very well designed or often glitches.
What do you wish you had known about Chase before using? I don't think there is anything I wish I knew since Chase is pretty open and clear about what you should expect when you use their services.
Have you used a competitor to Chase ? If so, how does it compare? I've used a credit union before and I've used Washington Mutual before Chase bought them out. Overall, I'd say for the convenience alone, I prefer Chase.
