What does AnyDesk do well?
It's a very good remote support solution that helps users access files and documents on any device across multiple locations providing for online collaboration, file sharing, access control and personalized user interface.
What does AnyDesk not do well?
The web version leaves something to be desired because it can take a little while to set up. When you need to access files on your computer remotely, you want to do this quickly and flawlessly. There are some bumps in the road here.
What do you wish you had known about AnyDesk before using?
I wish I knew it was available and similar to logmein or teamviewer for logging in remotely to client's computers.
Have you used a competitor to AnyDesk? If so, how does it compare?
Team Viewer is also very good, but AnyDesk is a better solution.
