*Average Rating as of October 20, 2017
ServiceM8 offers a per job pricing structure. The first 20 jobs of the month are always free. In excess of that, job fees range from 35 cents to 50 cents each. The fee will depend on the number of jobs a user processes in a month — the more jobs processed, the lower the per job fee will be.
A “job” pertains to any instance in which a user utilizes ServiceM8 to create a quote or a work order. If a quote eventually becomes a work order, it will still be counted as one “job.”
Users can enjoy the first 20 jobs for free, regardless of their total usage from month to month. No credit card is required to start an account with ServiceM8. The system will only ask for it when a user goes over the 20 allocated free jobs.
There are also no plans required to sign up for to use the software. At the end of every month, ServiceM8 will tally the number of jobs processed in excess of the first 20, and charge the user the corresponding rate as shown in the table above. Users also have an option to prepay job credit packs at a discounted rate.
