Most Helpful Positive User Review
A user who gave a positive review of ShareFile on G2 Crowd said that the software is super easy to use. She loves that they can share their files with unlimited clients — unlike other similar providers that charge per head and require clients to be users, which makes them costly. She also likes that it has features for tracking who downloads their files and for limiting the number of times every user can access each. She said they use the software for keeping proprietary information only accessible to the people who paid for it.
Most Helpful Negative User Review
One user who left a review of ShareFile on G2 Crowd said that when he uploads photos using the software, the programs puts them in a folder but in no discernible order. He also claims that its plugin version has some bugs which caused his Outlook to stop working more than once.
