As shipping goes from a cost burdun to the client (and not included in the advertised price) to an expense being bourne by ecommerce vendors, vendors are re-considering where to ship. When clients paid, on-time delivery and undamaged goods may have been much higher priorities than shipping costs. Now that vendors are paying shipping, costs may become a much bigger deciding factor.
