It also categorizes the payments, which is something that is rarely found with other payment processing applications. There are rebates available for non-profit organizations. According to users, the pricing is also worth it based on the features Stripe offers.
What Stripe does not do well:
According to negative reviews, Stripe lacks the customer support needed for quick refunds, dispute resolutions, and other payment issues. It takes them several days to respond. Also, new users find some of the features complicated to use. There are reported issues of withheld funds as well.

Most Helpful Negative User Review
According to one negative user review on Trustpilot, Stripe withheld $9,000 of their sales. The client terminated their account, and requested that Stripe deposit the money into their bank account.
