What Tock Does Well
As of the date this article was written (01/16/19), there are not a lot of positive Tock user reviews online. Some users commended the responsive customer support and its efficient online reservation features.
A user who left a positive review on Capterra said that the waitlist function effectively helps them keep reservation no-shows to a minimum. They also appreciate being able to program a deposit payment within Tock.
