We have a question about doing a 1031 exchange as a for profit entity exchanging into a not for profit property.
For example, if we would do a 1031 exchange for a religious Camp Property, which is currently used as a not for profit entity and it has a zero property tax liability.
Thanks for visiting our site and posting on the forum. I think our in depth guide to 1031 exchanges will be a helpful resource for you. https://fitsmallbusiness.com/1031-exchange-like-kind/
We also have a list of the top 1031 exchange companies for 2018
If you have additional questions, we recommend you work with an accountant or attorney who specializes in 1031 exchanges.
All the best,
