When reconciling the credit card statement my difference becomes as 0 but an unmarked item stays in the list. should I leave it unmarked and hit reconcile, since the difference shows 0 without chek marking that one item? Thank you!
I’m glad you were able to reconcile your credit card statement to zero, nice work!
There will be times when you have items that are unmarked. What that means is that item for some reason has not cleared your credit card statement. It’s possible that you have entered an expense into QuickBooks that has not shown up on your credit card statement. However, you should do a little investigation especially if you think it should have come through by now.
