Can one who owns and operates a few million dollars worth of Real Estate and Health care facilities for over 20 years in the New York and New Jersey obtain a New York brokers license? If yes, then how?
Thanks for visiting our site and posting on the forum. Generally, real estate licensing laws are state specific. You would need to contact the real estate commission of NY for licensure requirements including educational requirements, testing etc. Check out our real estate section for more information and here’s an article on getting licensed https://fitsmallbusiness.com/how-to-get-a-real-estate-license/ and another one on real estate license reciprocity between states. https://fitsmallbusiness.com/real-estate-license-reciprocity/
