Best crm for my case ?
-I am looking for a crm to deal with purchases sales and inventory. Knowing that I have the main POS and a hangar with merchandise where whenever I run low on something I go get it there. I am specialised in fabrics (cotton rolls, fake leather, …)
-I would also like something that gives me a birds eye view on where I am at on money (cash, debts, dues, capital money in inventory, performance per day/month, …
-and most of all something that is easy to use as the 2 persons that work for me aren’t very digitally inclined if you know what I mean. something thats easy to reach.
-Also I live in Morocco, where haggling/negotiation is dominant so even if I put a price on a product I want to be able to change it when it comes to final sale. (invoice)
-if possible something cloud based that could be accessed from mobile or website or if nothing comes to mind maybe a software that would work on Mac and windows.
This guy (https://palashhossain.com/software/AccountingInventory/dashboard2.php) did a very good job but the website needs polishing and also statistics needs a bit of work.

Great question. You’ve certainly thought through your needs, which is a great place to start.
First, most of the CRMs recommended on this site are cloud-based, and many of them offer mobile apps. That means you shouldn’t have any issue with running them on both Mac and Windows devices.
Since you mention you need the ability to track inventory, and the need to track financials, you might want to look at an option like Zoho, which can help you do both. While most CRMs don’t have accounting/bookkeeping/financial reporting built in, Zoho integrates with Quickbooks–which does do that.
