I own a small business in home care services. How should I approach hospitals, doctors, nurses, where my potential clients are? Through business proposal emails? or personally?
Personal introductions are always more effective than cold calls or emails. However, it can be tricky with professionals in the medical industry; it’s not like you can just show up during their shift and expect a spare 15 minutes to deliver your pitch.
My top recommendation would be to find any & all industry events that these potential clients might be attending… e.g. charity events, fundraisers, health talks, expos. Make a personal introduction, then send them your proposal with the nitty gritty details later.
