I’m co-founder of an Italian newco offering different kinds of consultancy to entrepreneurs, companies, Institutions, etc. Our customers are Italian mainly, but we could have foreign customers too. Now, we are going to buy our company domain and set up the relative mail accounts, but wondering if we have to use our personal details (2 partners) before the domain or our position inside the company together with the generic info@domain and yet if we have to use italian or english.
I Will basically take care of all the commercial aspects (international too), while my partner is the Ceo; so could I use business or intl@domain for my account and ceo@domain for my partner? Or are we supposed to use different mails eventually in italian language too? Pls advise. Thanks.May 4, 2018 at 4:14 pm #191369
I would recommend something like this:
– For your personal email accounts, use YourName@domain.com
– On your website, display email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org, etc. and have these forward to your personal accounts
– If you wish, you can even create versions of the above email addresses in Italian, and have them displayed when an Italian IP address visits your website. (Just look up “your website platform + multilingual support” in Google)
