Hi Beatriz –
According to Brightwood real estate education, “You must be 18 years of age, have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, and be a US citizen or lawfully admitted alien.”
However, if you have further questions, I would contact the New York State division of licenses and speak with someone there directly for further details. The status of immigration, working visas, and other relevant policies can change quickly in our country, and by speaking with them, you would have the most complete and current information that may involve those policies. I’ve included the link, but you can also reach them directly by phone at (518) 474-4429 during normal business hours. Best of luck!
