Thank you for your questions. According to Mojo Dialer, it operates on a copper-wire infrastructure similar to an old school phone company to give the best call quality which will reduce delays and other call quality issues associated with other dialers that rely on an internet connection to call. This set-up reduces the number of dropped calls.
The Lead Manager license costs $10 for every user. You can also opt to add a Dialer license. The Dialer license determines the number of dialing lines you can use. It has two options and the price ranges from $89 to $139 per license. Users have to acquire Lead Manager License in order to purchase Dialer License & add-ons. For more information and to learn more about pricing, you can contact the Mojo Dialer team directly by clicking here
I’m not 100% sure what you mean by “drop voice calls,” but Mojo does allow you to set up a Drop Answering Machine (voicemail) and it doesn’t appear there’s an additional fee for this. More information can be found here: https://lb11.mojosells.com/support_site/knowledge_library/?id=
Hope this helps!
