Is there any way to deactivate the 2 hour sleep mode as every time we try to make a POS we have to trouble shoot pairing the devices, by the time we have managed to successfully achieve that the customer has walked away
I’m sorry! I don’t know which mobile credit card reader/POS system you’re referring to. If you can give me that information, I can try to see what’s up. But, it sounds like a call to the vendor’s customer service and support team is in order to get this solved.
