Hi Renan,
If you signed up for a free trial for QuickBooks Online you must contact Intuit to cancel your subscription. Your account is with Intuit and not FSB. The customer support number for QuickBooks is 1-800-488-7330 and they are open M-F, 6am-6pm PST.
