Hello, I just got through reading your article on check book control Solo 401K for real estate investing.
I’m looking to roll my previous past companies 401K over and I’m seriously contemplating that this is the direction I want to go. I see there is some guidelines that need to be followed to be eligible and looking for the best way to do this. I think that your experience seems a good fit as you are not too expensive.
I’m in Louisiana and have a partner in Dallas who has been doing real-estate investing for a couple years and is doing well with it.
I’m looking for guidance on a entity creation company that you guys work with and recommend. Not looking for someone who is competing with you. I’m looking for a company that can set me up in a way that I stay in compliance and not be penalized, Here are some facts:
I have a W2 full time job
I don’t plan on taking a salary and I’m mainly looking to grow my retirement,
I want to open an entity that gives asset protection who can also offer CPA that is familiar with this business plan that can keep me compliant.
I would also want to open additional LLC’s under the main umbrella Entity,
PS. I’m not certain if I need to do a C corp for my main master entity or would a LLC suffice.
