we are a small business in the services industry, annual turnover approx. 5 Millions with over 3000 AR and AP transactions. I have been looking for a cloud based Accounting Software which allows importing of Customs Invoices and Vendor bills in Excel format. (We have to create customer invoices and enter vendor bills into another software which we need to run our operations. Which options are there out in the market other than QuickBooks OnLine (requires add-on software) or Xero (Compolicated and cumbersome process.)?

That is a great question! It was not clear to me whether you are processing 3000 A/R and A/P transactions on a monthly basis or is that annually?
At any rate, I actually would recommend Xero. We will be publishing a course that covers step by step how to import invoices and bills into Xero using a CSV (Excel) file. Unfortunately I don’t know of any other products that will do this without an additional add-on (like QBO). If you do find one, please let me know.
