Hi I have been using QB Enterprise for 3 years and don’t know how to set up commission computation for my sales team. I am still going on a manual excel system. Can you help me on generating a commission for my sales reps?
If you use QuickBooks Payroll, you can set up commission as a payroll item. I’ve never actually set up commission outside of QuickBooks payroll. For assistance with getting this setup, I recommend you contact the Enterprise support team. I was able to find the support page for Enterprise customers that included a telephone #, an option to chat and a few video tutorials.
