First, thank you for your wonderful site! Very helpful videos & articles indeed.
I did not see my question listed. I hope I can explain it properly. I am using QBooks for my cousin’s embroidery company (online version). She pays the artists every quarter-their commission. I have muddled my way through added each artist, then adding each of their items. I put them under Consignment Sales. I found a way to print a report for the quarter for those artists only, however, is there a way to print each artists’ sales report on a seperate report instead of all together? They like to send a copy of each artists’ sales along with their commission check. Thank you for any help you can assist me with!

Hey Becky! So glad our QuickBooks Video Tutorials have been helpful. You can filter the report so that it only shows one person. I’m not sure which report you are running, my guess would be the Vendor Summary report. (assuming these folks are contractors and not employees)
With that said, go to reports and run it like you normally would. Once the report displays on your screen, you should see a button in the upper right hand corner of your screen that says Customize. Click on that button and then look for Filter. Click on that and you will see all of the items that you can filter by. If you click on Vendors you can select each person from the drop down, save your changes and run the report.
Another great feature in QBO is the ability to automatically send reports out at certain times of the month. Just type “send automatic reports” in the search box for help and check it out.
Thanks so much for reading our articles!
All the Best-
