Yourarticle is very succinct but pretty informative.
By any chance you know of Counties who offer:
1.) OTC Tax Deeds and
2.) Who may offer Financing to buy the Tax Deeds either at the Auctions or for the OTC Deeds.
Thanks in advance for your kind help.

Hi PJ Ram:
I’m glad you found the article informative. I don’t know of a specific list that has which counties offer over the counter tax deeds but I would suggest contacting 3 or 4 counties that you’re interested in and call their tax deeds office which is usually part of the clerk of courts or recorder’s office. Some of the larger counties also have their tax deeds info on their county’s website which also lists auction dates and times and what to know before attending the auction. I know that most lenders are hesitant to lend money on tax deeds since there can still be clouds on the title. I would recommend asking other tax deed investors for lender referrals or even asking a hard money lender or private lender if they lend on tax deeds or if any of their affiliates do.
