Thank you for excellent training videos online. They are quite helpful.
We have a unique situation in that we already have a QB Online account for our company. However, we probably did not set it up and manage some of the transactions correctly. Hence, we are contemplating to start over again by creating a separate QB Online account for the same company (meaning the same Tax ID). Please note that we don’t want to delete the old account BEFORE we are sure that the new account+company is properly set up and verified by our accountant.
Question: Does QuickBooks Online funcationlity allow the user to have two separate accounts for the same company (Tax ID)?

Hi Chinmay, the QBO account set up is based on the email address that you use and not the company ID. Therefore, you can set up another QBO account for the same company with the same ID but you will have to use a different email address.
