I have a current NJ real estate salesperson License but recently moved to New Me
Moved to NM. My previous broker sent my license to the state. Could I work for a NJ broker even though I’m not there? I know potential buyers and sellers in my former community in NJ.
This is an interesting one, but I’m a little confused on how or why you would want to work for a NJ brokerage while living in New Mexico? I highly doubt most buyers or sellers would be interested in having their agent represent them remotely.
