I’m looking to use Xero to set up our daycare accounts. How would I set up weekly recurring invoices for each child when they have different rates. Their rate can depend on the number of siblings in a family (percentage discount for each one), how many days of the week they are there, whether they are a member of our church or not, and which classroom they are part of.
Great question. It sounds like the amount varies from week to week for each child? If that’s the case, you can create a recurring invoice that does not have an amount. When you’re ready to bill the parent, the only field you should have to complete is the amount field for that week. To my knowledge, there is no way to have Xero calculate the amount for you based on all of the factors that you mentioned.
