For small employers (100 employee), what is indusrty standard for employer contribution for dental and vision plan premiums.
For example, for medical plans, employers contribution is 18% for single employee and 31% for family coverage.

There’s really no ‘standard’. It’s always up to the employer to choose whether to offer dental and vision (they’re not required by law). And then it’s up to the employer to choose what to contribute.
Below is a benchmark study on benefits by SHRM (kind of a deep dive). Another article (see below) seems to indicate that some employers offer 20-30% contribution, but many don’t offer the benefit at all. The last article shows what dental and vision typically cost. Some employers who don’t contribute to dental and vision premiums offer employees a flex spending account or health savings account instead to offset the cost of premiums.
