Good Morning…I have a couple of questions.
1. Are RV lot rentals treated the same as rental properties
2. Should I do an LLC or Sole proprietor for rental properties?

Unfortunately, I’m not that familiar with RV rentals but there are generally some differences between them and rental properties since you can lease the land the RV is on or own it. Generally, an LLC is recommended for rental properties to protect your personal assets from claims and as a way to keep your rental funds separate.
