Do you need to have a premium account for everyone?
Does everyone on your team have to have a premium account in order to use the multiple team members on one page. If one person will be scheduling team events can just that person hold a premium account?
Thank you for your questions. In order to take advantage of the team scheduling features available in Calendly, you will need to have a premium account for all of your team members. Any time you add a new user to your account, you are purchasing a paid seat. You will see a popup window asking you to confirm the number of users you’d like to add. A cost will appear reflecting the addition of that new user. Although you may have one person doing all of the scheduling, you will still be required to pay for the users.
