So far I found that QB Desktop Pro with Enhanced Payroll is the only one that seems to do that.
I need to be able to withhold employee portion of worker comps from their paycheck for multiple job classes per pay period, and allocate employer portions accordingly. Thanks for your help.
Hi Mara, that is a great question. Unfortunately I do not know if Intuit Enhanced Payroll processes multiple workers comp classes. You can contact the payroll support team at 1-877-202-0537.

Here’s what I was able to find within the Intuit community. It looks like either Assisted, or Enhanced payroll would provide that function. Nonetheless, when it comes to specific software questions unique to your business needs, I agree with Crystalynn, you probably need to speak with an implementation expert directly from Quickbooks Intuit Payroll.
