Does your employer have to cash you out for your sick time when you leave a job?
My husband has earned quite a bit of sick time, he is getting another job! Does his current employer have to cash him out for the sick time he has earned?

If we are discussing Oregon specifically then no, they are not required to pay out sick time for employee’s that leave their company.
