I don’t have an EAP in place currently with 30 employees and realize that I need one or at least pay for a service that I as the employer pays for and they get the services for free or I have a conference open to all employees to attend. We are in San Jose and would love to get your advice on how to proceed as I know I need to have something as I can’t have my managers or HR being a counselor.
Your advise would be greatly appreciated.
