Email forwarding not working without payment
This has been so helpful in setting up this free business email account! I am still unsure of how to forward the mail from my new Zoho account to my current Gmail account. When I follow the steps you have provided, it tells me that I am unable to do do email forwarding without paying for the premium version of Zoho. Am I doing something wrong or is this just the new policy?
Correct, as of Dec 2017, Zoho is no longer allowing free accounts to link with Gmail or Outlook. However, you can still use Zoho Mail’s browser inbox for free.
One of our readers suggested Yandex as a potential alternative, although we have yet to review their service.
